Returns

- The product must be in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons, including opened or used beauty and skincare products.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within several business days, depending on your payment provider or bank processing times.
Non-Refundable Items

- Final sale or clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Beautifolla is not responsible for lost return packages.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within a limited time after being placed. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
